Yasmin Jones-Henry, Founder
FT Writer, Cultural Placemaking Strategist & Creative Consultant
Yasmin studied English Literature and Classics at the University of Birmingham. Her fascination with cities, urban design and how we build sustainable cities and communities, is rooted in her love for art, fashion and storytelling.
There is no commerce without craft and creativity, so Yasmin has set up Urban Flow Designs to support a new methodology for the regeneration of our cities and the built environment.
Working as a translator between the investment and creative communities, Yasmin has consolidated her previous experience working for the Financial Times and placemaking agency Futurecity to create a new space for collaboration, connectivity and communication between the financial sector and the creative industries.

Errol Michael Henry has built an illustrious career developing and designing his own soundscape centred on helping other artists discover their own sonic truths. Born and raised in Lewisham, Errol has a long term love and passion for conserving the world-class creative talent within London.
Errol’s unique signature as a producer with a specialism in sound design has seen his work take him from Lewisham to LA, working with labels such as: EMI, Parlophone, BMG, Atlantic Records, Warner Chappell Music, and artists such as Bobby Womack, Lulu, The Jones Girls and Deni Hines.
As the Founder of Music Justice, intimate Records and EMH Global Media Ltd, Errol is also working to deliver global solutions to ensure the creative industries is an ethical and equitable space for all.
In addition to his own personal production project: “The Sound Principle”, Errol now devotes his time to building better systems for supporting the intellectual property of artists worldwide.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Jones-Henry is a Creative Director who has worked for world-leading publishing houses Condé Nast and Hearst on publications such as House & Garden, Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Country Living. With Conde Nast Property, Jacqueline also developed “Centre Stage” a bi-annual supplement designed to showcase the innovative businesses in real estate. Previous clients include Armani Casa, Knight Frank, Bulgari, Russell Simpson, Monica Vinader and St George (Berkeley Group PLC).
Jacqueline’s expertise is in lifestyle, property and developing brand identities for luxury brands. JHCreative is the brainchild of Jacqueline Jones-Henry, art director & creative consultant. JH Creative delivers design solutions across digital & print.
Jacqueline is also the co-founder of Kind At Heart CIC (a Community Interest Company) set up to support the wellbeing, mental health and engagement of children, young adults and families in personal development through inclusive public realm and positive play. Working across British Sign Language and Braille, Kind At Heart CIC is also working to ensure the talent pipeline for the UK’s future design industry, is truly inclusive in nurturing the next generation of differently-abled designers.
